Nasceu em Ponta Delgada em 1960, um apaixonado pela arte de fotografar, nas veias corre o basalto negro, no coração a dolência das ondas num mar sem fim, na alma de açoriano tem o verde a indicar – lhe a esperança. Regista com um olhar sem segredo, a alma da sua gente e tudo o que se identifica com a sua forma de ser e estar na vida porque, afinal a vida é uma passagem. Dedica-se com alma á arte de fotografar.

Tem vindo a colaborar com os seus trabalhos em inventos culturais. Colaborou com a RTP - Açores, em grafismo para elaboração de genéricos e separadores. Contribui com trabalhos expostos em grandes dimensões em outdoors para um bem-estar citadino, na maior cidade açoriana.

É com os seus trabalhos expostos em galeria de arte “ Fineart – Portugal que tem revelado a qualidade do seu trabalho. Expõe em vários sítios da internet conhecido como o fotógrafo vermelho. 

Born in Ponta Delgada in 1960, Benjamin has a passion for the art of photography, in his veins runs the black basalt, in his heart beat are the eternal waves of the ocean and in his soul the greenness of the Azorean landscape which stands for Hope. His stare is without secret and captivates the Azorean soul and all that is associated with it in form or matter in existence knowing that life is ephemeral.

He dedicates his soul to the art of photography.

He has collaborated with cultural events through his art, such as with institutes like RTP Azores in developing graphics as separators between TV programs.  He has also contributed to outdoor exhibitions catalyzing the public well being in the principal urban areas of the Azores.

The quality of his work became renowned through exhibitions like “Fineart” – Portugal, which have helped to reveal his brilliance. His work is also exposed on the internet in a variety of sites, where he is known as the Red Photographer.
