Carlos Gomes, Coimbra 1973.

Licenciado em Artes Plásticas pela ARCA–EUAC, Escola Universitária das Artes de Coimbra.

Foi docente de Artes Visuais entre 1996 e 2012.

Participou em diversas exposições de pintura e instalação, com destaque para as “Estruturas da informação”, trabalho desenvolvido no Departamento de Física da Universidade de Aveiro, com apresentação no “Aveiro Digital” 1997.

A partir de Abril de 2013, dedica-se exclusivamente à fotografia, design e ilustração.

Fotógrafo de cena das companhias de teatro “O Teatrão”, “Projecto d” e “Atrapalharte”.

Membro do coletivo de fotógrafos “The Portfolio Project”.

Um dos dinamizadores do Photobook Club Coimbra.

Participação e desenvolvimento de projetos de autor, quer coletivos quer individuais.
